The 225th Anniversary of the Town of Claverack including the hamlets of Claverack, Hollowville, Martindale, Mellenville, Churchtown and the Village of Philmont mark the anniversary of the formation of the town with a parade and celebratory gathering on Sunday October 6, 2013 stepping off at 1:00PM Main Street Philmont.

An old fashioned celebration is planned immediately following at the Claverack Town Park Philmont to include: homemade birthday cake, coffee, tea and cold beverages.
