If you are a Claverack resident who is over the age of 60 and homebound and need help in scheduling a COVID vaccination, shopping, or other assistance, please contact the Town Office at 518-672-7911 extension 100 or 104, and we will forward your name to the Columbia County Office for the Aging. The Office for the Aging will assist you in obtaining information about how to access the vaccine and has compiled a list of groups and volunteers throughout the County who will shop and deliver items to your home.
